You know about our high quality trainings and our interest in bringing timely topics for you to explore in our monthly roundtables. What you may not know is that The CBO Center also provides customized consulting that goes beyond cookie cutter approaches. We bring decades of experience to the table when you work with us, and an unflinching commitment to ensuring that you get the benefit of all that we know and are willing to learn to help your organization step into its full potential. We absolutely believe that what scares all of us the most is not what we can’t do, but what we can do, and we see our job, as your consulting partners, to help you be bold and powerful. After all, you’re doing our planet’s most important work.
What we do better than anyone else:
We know the challenges you face because we operate in the same environment that you do. We understand the East Bay and its diverse communities. We know the funders, both public and private, and we understand the texture of the world in which you are making decisions on a daily basis. We are the only nonprofit management support organization in the East Bay, and we use our experiences as a local, community-based nonprofit to inform our understanding of our clients.
