As we all know, it is much easier to upgrade an existing donor than to recruit a new one. So, are you paying attention to how you thank your donors for their support? Join your peers in an informal discussion of meaningful and unusual ways to say thank you to your donors – whether they are annual givers or donors of major gifts. Kelli-Ann Nakayama has an extensive background in fundraising and held numerous leadership fundraising positions at organizations which include Leadership Public Schools, Legal Services for Children, Phoebe A.
