Interactive workshops, facilitated conversations and stimulating panel discussions will provide you with insights into your own leadership path, new approaches to organizational leadership, ways to strengthen your board’s leadership role, and methods for engaging with donors and the broader community.  Keynote Speaker Juana Bordas has spent her lifetime helping community leaders reach their full potential. Inspired both by her own experience of being raised in an immigrant family, and her years of working cross-culturally, she felt compelled to share what she had learned about the leadership practices of communities of color. The result is her book, “Salsa, Soul, and Spirit – Leadership for a Multicultural Age”. Juana will open the East Bay Nonprofit Conference with a talk about the power of inclusive leadership.
